Finally here it comes! I’ve done with my first freebie for you. It’s 3×4 Journaling Cards, perfect for Project Life, Scrapbook Layout, or anything you can create with it. I haven’t done with my project life but I know that somehow I stuck with it. Let’s say I’m in love with Project Life. Hehe 😉
So, for the first set, I name it “On The Road”. It’s a classic collection with theme I usually used, travelling. Credit to Smashing Magazine for the free clipart. I must admit that they are super cool that makes me want to create something with it.
As usual, please do not claim these as your own. Please kindly give credit to my blog whenever you upload your project with my printable cards. I would love to see what you’ll create with these journaling cards. If you are instagramming, please mention me @merwynd or simply put hashtag #mioradesign on your post. Last, do not forget to drop your sweet comments below! XOXO
It’s wedding week! Hehe. Yesterday was the big day for bi as he turns 27 this year. So, I open my wedding album and look for our portrait.
Last week, I finally got a chance to scrap my wedding photo. I choose my single portrait, taken in my room when preparing before bi came. I personally love it as I think I look great. As usual. 😀
This time I want to use layering in my layout. I love love love the InstaScrap Frames which I used everywhere if you notice. I pick 4 designs to create this layout. Stack them like I want and it turns out great.
Because it’s already look good with the frames, I don’t have to add more embellishment. I just add some fabric flower diecut from Prima Marketing and topped with flower resins. I choose Webster’s Pages fabric sticker for the title. And to make the layout prettier, I add some pearls.

Who’s agree with me that family portrait is a must when holiday comes? Hands up!
I really love this photo that I told myself I must did a layout with it. I look good because my fat is hidden somewhere behind my top, that’s why I love this photo! Hehe. We took this holiday portrait in Harris Hotel, Malang city. Me and bi love the hotel without any reason, we simply love the room, atmosphere, pool, and the little garden. That hotel always come to our mind when we want to spend one-night-trip outside hometown.
To enliven our happy hearts in the layout, I did a bright layout with some happy colors. I’m quite happy with layering technique these time, found it fun and looks really great in my layouts. And for the first time, I tried my newly bought Studio Calico Mister Huey’s mist. I’m not sure how to use it, because the liquid is somehow floating around the cap. Anyone has suggestions for me?
For the background, as usual I used a patterned paper. This one is from Ready Set Go collection by Amy Tangerine. I also cut some elements from True Story paper and used one for the title. Did you notice the the frame I used? I recently in love with that product, used it in almost every layout. Here’s more close up details:

Here’s another layout with my honeymoon photo. I simply love all honeymoon pics, because they have great scenery and all beautiful memories buried inside. Just like the one I used here. Since me and bi went there by ourself, we seldom took a photo together. Luckily, there was one girl who stopped by us and asked us to take a pic for her family. So, we asked her to do so for us. 🙂 I want to push myself to always try something new, so I pick a dark patterned paper for the background. I don’t really have time to scrap these moments, so I did a quick layout instead of the complicated one like I used to do. I cut all words from Basic Grey – My Favorite paper from Capture collections. They looked great around my photo. Psst, it’s cheap tho! Hihi

Heyhey everyone! Today I want to share a DIY project I did last month. It’s a personalized phone case.
Have you ever been looking for a phone case that defines you at its best? Have you ever been looking for a phone case that it belongs to you only? Have you ever been looking for a phone case that no one has the same case just like yours? Yes, I have. I always look for a case that you-know-it’s-mine when you see it because you’ve never seen it anywhere else before.
So, just when I bought a new phone, I am taking a very long time to search for the-one-and-only case. And yep, it doesn’t exist anywhere. So, I bought a plain phone case because I thought I’ll just decorate it later. I wanted to look for the white color but no stores had it that day, so okay I picked that gray one.
Back to home, I ran to my scrapdesk and found anything gorgeous that will make my case has “oh, wowww” look. And then I found MeandMyBigIdeas stickers that just recently bought. I love it. I mean I really really love it to the moon and back! Haha
I chose what stickers I would use, it takes 10 minutes only I guess. So here it is! The personalized phone case that belongs to me. Yippie!
When I get a chance to buy a white phone case, I definitely will decorate it and taadaa, I will have 2 gorgeous phone case. Greedy. Haha.
I’ll be back with more DIY tips for you.

Heyhey! This is my first time joining a scrapbook challenge. I saw a blog post from Meili Paperie about July Colour Challenge. The color palette is super adorable that caught my eye in the first sight. I love the combination between pastel color and a hint of black.
July Colour Challenge
As for my first time, I tried to use a white cardstock paper and Studio Calico Mister Huey’s Color Mists – Sunshine. I grabbed my stuffs from Dear Lizzy DayDreamer which the color combination suits well with the challenge. I just need to give a splash of sunshine color behind my embellishment.
I only used Dear Lizzy Daydreamer Ephemera Pack for this layout, I didn’t get a chance to buy the whole kit. I added Prima Marketing Frames Diecut for more layering items. For the title, I used American Crafts Thickers. I love a feminine touch for my layout so I added some pearls and resins from local craft store. Super love how it turns out. Here’s more close-up details.
Oh, have I told you that I really love the 3×4 cards which says “I’ll be yours and you’ll be mine”? I feel like want to stick it to my wall so I can see it everyday. Hehe!

Hello hello! First post here, I hope I am able to make it good. Teehee!
I’m going to share a layout I did several months ago. That’s the first layout I made after I gave birth to Ryan. I didn’t have much time to scrap before as I take care of Ryan all day long. When he sleeps, I must to sit in front of the computer to do my job. It happens for several months until I realized that I need more me-time. That time when I don’t have to worry about anything else and feel happy also content after spending those time. So I decided to get back on scrapping.
I chose my honeymoon photo last year and I personally think that I’m looking good. Haha! I love the grid rule so I arrange the photos in a grid. I keep it simple because I thought I didn’t have much time to finish one layout so I must be quick. I only added alpha sticker and thicker for the title, and Webster’s Pages fabric sticker, finished with a plane charm.
Pink Paislee paper is very perfect for my honeymoon layout. I don’t have to add more embellishment because the paper itself already “full”. I love the right part where it allows me to add some journal. I wrote some fun facts in Macau so I will keep those in mind when I get back. Here’s more close-up details:

Sassafras – Sunshine Broadcast 6×6 Paper Pad
